Tottenham are reportedly looking to sign Inter star Marcelo Brozovic – and a new update could mean Harry Winks is helping Spurs secure the Croatian star.
Brozovic, 28, is in the last 12 months of his current contract with the Nerrazzuri. A loyal Inter goalkeeper, he has played 251 times for his club.
Last week Gazzetta Dello Sport said – according to GIFN – that Tottenham are battling Manchester United and Mauricio Pochettino’s PSG for Brozovic.
Obviously, Spurs would lag both PSG and United – given the size of the clubs but also, the two are currently competing in the Champions League.
However, Tottenham may well have received a trump card in the race to sign Brozovic – in the form of England star Winks this summer.

Indeed, a CalcioMercato report claims the Tottenham Winks star is attracting interest from Inter Milan and Jose Mourinho’s Roma.
Could Tottenham hit Brozovic with help from Winks?
While Winks is a local talent and Spurs fans can relate to them as well, he needs a movement. Even Oliver Skipp passed him at Spurs.
He needs a squad where he will get playing time on a regular basis and with Brozovic likely to leave, he would get it under Simone Inzaghi at Inter.
Winks must leave as soon as possible – given he has only started one of Tottenham’s seven Premier League games. January would be ideal.
Of course, that depth should be replaced at Spurs. So surely, a deal that would see Inter and Spurs close a swap deal just makes sense?
Brozovic is older and without a contract, so Fabio Paratici could actually get money as well as Brozovic. Times says Winks is valued at £ 40million.
