Microsoft recently stopped selling 12-month Xbox Live Gold subscriptions, fueling speculation that the long-running service could be repackaged or phased out to coincide with the Xbox Series X and S launches on November 10.

However, the company later told VGC “there are no changes to the service or Xbox Live Gold experience.”

Earlier today, Microsoft dated five upcoming Game Pass titles, including Doom Eternal and Forza Motorsport 7, and said the EA Play service will be added to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate starting November 10.
