Norwich City were beaten 5-0 by Tottenham Hotspur in their final game of the season, with goals from Dejan Kulusevski, Harry Kane and Heung-min Son securing Champions League football for Antonio Conte’s side.
The Canaries started brilliantly but were caught early at Carrow Road, Kulusevski tapping into an open net after Rodrigo Bentancur broke the offside trap and squared for the Swede.
Kane doubled Spurs’ lead 16 minutes later through an error by Tim Krul. Krul, back for City side after two games on the bench, kicked the ball to Bentancur from 20 yards out. Tottenham’s number 30 crossed and Kane had an empty goal to hit.
Kulusevski made three on the other side of the break, passing Krul after a series of missed chances by the visitors.
Son made it four, then five shortly after, first stepping over Lucas Moura’s flick and sliding under Krul before looping past the City keeper after a free-kick headed his way.
