But rather than sleep through the night, Cristiano Ronaldo instead takes FIVE naps a day while Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson sleeps for just four hours to sustain himself.

It has emerged that Man Utd superstar Ronaldo, 37, catches 40 winks five times a day and sleeps in the fetal position.

And here, SunSport can reveal the different sleep patterns of several other sports icons around the world and the number of hours of “Zzz” time they get, according to Online Mattress Review.
