Funhouse Comedy Club to get people laughing during concerts at Easton-on-the-Hill and Grainstore Brewery in Oakham with Pete Firman and Geoff Norcott headlining



A Funhouse Comedy Clubs series is set to get some laughs in January.

The Funhouse Comedy Club will be held throughout the month.

The High Street Blue Bell, Easton-on-the-Hill, will host Paddy Lennox, El Baldiniho and Edd Hedges on Wednesday, January 26. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the show starts at 8:00 p.m.

The next day, Thursday January 27, at the Grainstore Brewery in Station Approach, Oakham, Pete Firman and Geoff Norcott will be showing, along with Eddy Brimson. James Cook will host the event.

Headlining is comedian / magician and writer Pete Firman who has appeared in BBC One’s The Magicians and performed at the Edinburgh Festival 10 years in a row, has toured the UK with six theater performances solo and is recognized as the UK’s premier comedian / magician.

Kicking off the evening, energetic and satirical writer and comedian Geoff Norcott who recently won a BBC Radio and Music Award for best comedy production. He delivers an eclectic mix of dark material, impressions, and politics with a confident smile and optimism. His wise views on life make his anecdotes extremely captivating and leave his audience wanting more.

Writer and actor Eddy Brimson is also present.

The companion of the evening will be James Cook with his sharp tongue and dry sense of humor.

Tickets are £ 12 in advance. Doors open at 6.15 p.m., last food orders at 7.15 p.m., show from 8 p.m.
